He takes pride in guiding clients to the right colors and materials for lasting results. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer and three time club champion, and an active member of the Sunrise Networking Group.

Susan Tutag - Retail Sales
With decades in the stone industry and a passion for interior design, Susan blends product expertise with exceptional customer service to help clients confidently transform their homes. Raised in a family business, she values craftsmanship and personalized care. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, beach days, and reading.
Bill Campbell - Retail Sales
After 24 years in hospitality, Bill transitioned into home improvement, where his people-first mindset shines. He enjoys helping customers select materials they’ll love for years to come and values the welcoming, family atmosphere at HRSW. Outside of work, he relaxes at his lake house and enjoys cars.
Ryan Shay - Retail Sales
Ryan Shay is a Retail Sales Representative at Hard Rock Stone Works who began his career with the company seven years ago in the Installation Department. His hands-on knowledge of stone fabrication and installation helps customers confidently choose the right materials for their kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and other custom projects. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing ice hockey, where he has been a goalie for over 20 years, as well as gaming and spending time with family and friends.

Kristie Ruttan - Project Coordinator
John Slais - Project Manager
John began his career at HRSW in 2020, templating before advancing into commercial project management. He has supported large-scale projects across the country, including casinos, high rises, and stadiums, and enjoys seeing complex builds come to life. John values HRSW’s strong team environment and collaborative approach to solving challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking Michigan trails, riding his motorcycle, and traveling.
James Fleming - Senior Project Manager
Andrew Russell - Project Estimator
Andrew Russell is a Project Estimator at Hard Rock Stone Works with five years of construction experience. He enjoys building strong relationships with clients and vendors and values the team-oriented culture that makes every project a success. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, riding his bike, and playing the occasional round of golf.
Will Frank - Project Estimator
Will Frank is a Project Estimator at Hard Rock Stone Works who enjoys helping homeowners, builders, and businesses find the right stone solutions for their projects while staying within budget. He takes pride in supporting the growth of the local community by helping transform homes and commercial spaces with quality craftsmanship. Outside of work, Will enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and playing guitar.
Scot Papenberg - Project Engineer
With decades in the stone industry, Scot brings a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and precision to every project. He enjoys designing the detailed elements that come together to create exceptional spaces and takes pride in delivering accurate, high quality results. Scot values HRSW’s close knit, team oriented environment and the opportunity to work on unique projects across the country. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, roller hockey, and spending time with family and friends.

With over 10 years in the stone industry and a background in design and project management, Whitney works closely with builders, designers, and homeowners to guide projects from concept through completion. She enjoys helping clients balance function and aesthetics while selecting the right materials for their space. Whitney values HRSW’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, and collaborative team environment. Outside of work, she stays active, supports community events, and spends time with her kids.

Lisa Storts - Sales Manager
With over 15 years in the stone industry, most of her career spent at HRSW, Lisa has played a key role in the company’s growth and success. She enjoys discovering new slabs in the warehouse and helping customers turn natural stone into true works of art. Lisa values the strong teamwork across departments that consistently delivers a premium product. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her daughter, staying active at the gym, and reading nonfiction.

Alyssa Homik - Director of Sales
Alyssa began her career at HRSW fresh out of high school and has grown alongside the company for over a decade. She has built deep knowledge across every aspect of the stone business and is passionate about continuously improving processes, technology, and customer service. Alyssa values HRSW’s commitment to excellence and takes pride in helping lead the team forward. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Metro Detroit’s best brunch spots and being a mom.
